Sr. Vice President – Commercial Real Estate
With more than 37 years’ experience in all manner of commercial real estate acquisition and development, Randy supports Hotel Equities and Virtua with planning, analysis and oversight of all real estate development. Randy develops and maintains relationships with architects, engineers, contractors and consultants to ensure we have the best team assembled for all our projects. Prior to joining (Hotel Equities or 33 Degrees) Randy served for 6 years as a Director with IHG assisting with the launch of the EVEN Hotels brand and 23 years as Vice President – Construction with Sunburst Hospitality Corp.
Randy earned a B.S in Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Management from California State University – Long Beach. In his free time Randy enjoys gardening, golf, fly fishing and chasing big fish with his children out of Cabo San Lucas and La Paz, Mexico.
